Kitchen Tearout

We started talking about the kitchen, and we decided that it was going to cost almost as much to fix and clean the existing cabinetry as it would to replace it. And hey... it's only money, right? So we redesigned it a bit to move the fridge to a much better location. This is more or less the idea. I put that picture on the wall to simulate a TV. We also could put a cupboard over the fridge and one to the side.

A microwave/hood combo makes a lot of sense and gets a big appliance off the counter. The colors were chosen only for good contrast, and we'll worry about picking colors later. This is what it looked like yesterday.

The top cupboards are coming out also.
